  1. Your claim last Saturday that you have no records of a Ponds’ Association vote for the procurement of services of a Dam Engineer nor any meetings with him were false!!

Below are two reports from your 2008 News Letter. This very News Letter is on your web site under “Old News Letters” link.

2008 HSPA News Letter... page 2 "Amended motion was passed...later comments were made indicating the motion also included hiring an engineer”

2008 HSPA News Letter page 3: "Hancock Sand Pond Dam Committee met for a third time Mark Gray a dam engineer specializing in small Wooden Dams attended" "Mark recommended a NEW approach to water level management...using our metal gate(21 in high) rather than boards presently in use. He provided instructions for optimal use and the Committee agreed to his recommendations"

I request you amend the minutes of your last meeting that it was incorrectly stated, by an officer of the Assn., that there are “no records” of a vote to hire a Dam Engineer and that the Assn did in fact meet with Mark Gray a Dam Engineer and agreed with his recommendations.
